If requested, the customer is supplied with the prototype of the component, which must then be made with the mould. The prototype presented is moulded and has mechanical characteristics similar to those of the final piece.
Component prototyping is made possible thanks to the latest generation of 3D printers, with which we perform two-component moulding (2K) even for large pieces.
This design support service is very important: prototyping is ideal for functional checks and allows you to analyse critical issues, correct any defects and check that the piece is sufficiently resistant and the very best quality. The prototype can be used for assembly and coupling tests.
